L/Corporal Vincent Piscar Jr., "B" Co. 7th Engineers, was killed by enemy action on July 19, 1968.
Vince was from Greensburg, Pa. and 19 years old at the time of his death.
Vince is honored on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on Panel 51W, Row 14.
